- The prices shown on this website are suggested UK retail prices inclusive of VAT. They do not include any delivery charges.

Terms and Conditions: Prize Draws
These terms and conditions apply to the following Prize Draws: PSLA and Centre of Excellence, Trampoline Draw, Facebook
- No purchase is necessary
- Only one entry per household.
- Centre of Excellence Trampoline Draw: Draws will take place on 30/04/2008, 30/07/2008, and 31/10/2008. One Emperor Trampoline and Bounce Surround will be won on each date. The closing date for entries is 15/10/2008.
- PSLA: Draws will take place on 12/12/2007, 25/04/2008 and 29/08/2008. One Forest Climbing Frame will be won on each date. If the winning prize draw entry was submitted on-line, the winner will also recieve a TP Spiro Hop. The closing date for entries is 15/08/2008. Winners will be notified within 4 weeks of the draw.
- Sunday Express Draw - the first 5 entrants will each win a Spiro Hop, the winners will be notified within four weeks of the draw.
- Winners will be notified within 4 weeks of every draw.
- A full list of winners can be obtained for each draw four weeks after the relevant final draw date by sending a SAE to : TP Activity Toys, Severn Rd, Stourport on severn, Worcestershire, DY13 9EX
- These Prize Draws are open to UK residents aged 18 years and over except TP Activity Toys employees and their families.
- Entrants to the draws must ensure that the details are completed correctly.
- To enter any Prize Draw please complete the on line entry form or, where provided, the voucher. Entries on plain paper can be sent to TP Activity Toys, Severn Rd, Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 9EX. Please provide your name and address and mark your entry with the name of the Draw eg PSLA Prize Draw. The Prize Draw Manager cannot be held responsible for obtaining or collecting completed entry forms.
- Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Correctly completed entries only can be accepted. Delayed, damaged, lost, incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible for entry and will not be entered.
- The winning entries are at the discretion of the prize draw manager. The decision of the Prize Draw Manager is final and no correspondence may be entered into.
- The prizes cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent nor may a cash alternative be offered in any circumstances.
- TP reserve the right to alter, amend or otherwise change the terms of the prize draw in the interest of the consumer without prior notification.
- TP Facebook competitions are open exclusively to TP's fans on Facebook, entrants will only be eligible to win if they have become a fan prior to entering the prize draw.
